1. What is the screen charge?
• The screen charge is the cost to create the screen, that allows the piece to be printed on the label.  Each job has a new screen charge
2. Are the labels waterproof?
• Yes they are, and that is a good question, not all labels are, and they will wash off when sitting in a cooler.
3. Shipping seems expensive, what gives?
• We actually get some of the best rates in the country because we ship so much.  We pass on those rates to you.  Water is heavy though.
4. What if I want to re-order?
• Go ahead!!!  We will reduce your screen charge to $0.00 from our regular $25.00 fee.
5. Will I like the art work?
• Yes, and you will get a proof to approve prior to us printing and shipping your order.  So keep an eye on your email.
